by Cheryl Golangco on Nov 15th, 2012
The Condura Skyway Marathon began back in 2005, and it began with one man's dream to make a difference. After founder and chief organizer Ton Conception went on a trip to Tubbataha, he felt inspired to help and decided to use his love for running for a good cause. So after much planning, the 2008 Condura Race for Tubbataha took place. 2009 was then dedicated to the whale sharks, 2010 and 2011 for the dolphins and 2012 for the mangroves. Aro...

YIN YOGA: Experiencing the Positive Vibes of Yoga
by Clarissa Almeida on Aug 6th, 2012
I often wonder what Yoga is all about - what does it feel like? Why do people enjoy doing it? How will it affect me? And the number one question that lingers in my mind is: "Can I do it?" I've only heard about it from friends and relatives who seem to enjoy it so much, but I personally have yet to try it. I felt really eager (and somewhat nervous) to try Yoga once and for all. Hence, last Friday, August 3, 2012, I experience my first Yoga ses...

FitFil Fitness Boot Camp with Coach Jim Saret
by Cheryl Golangco on Jul 17th, 2012
Back in my teenage years, I remember weighing around 115++ pounds.. it wasn’t really bad except that my body wasn’t proportional when I gained weight...by that I mean my chin and belly got really fat but the rest of my body stayed thin. Ever since then, I’ve enjo...

Polecats Manila: Pole dancing at its Finest!
by Cheryl Golangco on Oct 1st, 2011

Half naked young girls dancing on poles in a dark club trying to lure in one of the male audience in hopes that they could get some extra cash. That's the short preview of what I picture, and I'm sure that's what MOST of you think too. Back in the olden days, pole dancing used to be done only in night clubs and strip bars. Burlesque nights.
