There should be more walks/runs like this! Honor the teachers…. because without them, we wouldn’t be who we are today!!

 

THIS ONE’S FOR YOU: A COMMUNITY WALK  TO HONOR OUR TEACHERS

 

 

 

When:  Saturday, October 1, 2011
Where:  Cultural Center of the Philippines (Locsin Street, CCP Complex, Pasay City)
What: Fellowship to Honor Our Teachers
Who:  Alumni, students, teachers, family members

Fee: 500php for all. 50php for students with valid IDs. FREE for teachers! :)

 

 

 

 

 

***** Activity Schedule *****

1:00-4:00 Arts and Crafts, Jeepney ni Jan-Jan Games, Learn and Experience wearing Production Costumes, Photo Booths, Book Reading and Story Reading

4:30-5:30 Community-Walk from CCP Eskinita to the Folk Arts Theater, PICC, Star City- Aliw Theater, CCP Ramp and back to CCP Eskinita with the accompaniment of Escola de Samba

5:30 A Program for Teachers and awarding of prizes

***** Donation for a Teachers’ Fund *****

Registration fee for alumni (or once upon a time students) is at P500.00; P50.00 for students with valid ID.  Fees will go to a Teachers’ Fund that will support professional development of teachers.  Registration for teachers is free.

 

***** Run for your Favorite Teacher *****

Stickers for your T-shirt will be available at the  site where you can write the name of your Favorite Teacher.

Come dressed in a costume.  Wear a mask or a headdress. Celebrate this day of fun and fellowship with and for your Teachers.
