The summer heat is on and it is this time of year that fires are most common! Fires can result from the simplest yet most careless of things, like leaving the gas stove on, leaving appliances on, etc. but can quickly destroy everything in its path!
Next month, in line with the celebration of its 100th year anniversary, EBT100 & TXTFIRE Philippines joins effort for this FUN RUN for a cause entitled “Takbo Laban sa Sunog”. This Special Event aims to raise awareness in fire safety and also raise funds for the deployment of several In Case of Emergency BOX or ICEBOX to hospitals and institutions all over Metro Manila.
What: Fire Run: “Takbo Laban sa Sunog”
When: May 27, 2012 (Sunday)
Where: Mall of Asia Grounds (along Seaside Blvd.)
Cause: to raise funds for the deployment of several In Case of Emergency BOX or ICEBOX to hospitals and institutions all over Metro Manila
Race Categories: 3k walk, 5k, 10k
Registration Fee: Php300, Php400 and Php 500 respectively
- Runners will be receiving a race packet with singlet, RFID, race bib, route map and race mechanics upon registration. Green bag with giveaways will be given to all runners after the race
Gun start: 6:00AM, 5:55am and 5:45am respectively
